• Experience owning requirements traceability through to post-go-live validation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Work across business, product, design, engineering and QA to clarify requirements, surface dependencies and align solutions to business outcomes.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint and PI planning — ensuring requirements are estimation-ready with risks and scope clearly defined.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirement through design, build, testing, UAT, sign-off, release and post-go-live validation.
• Analyse customer, operational and digital performance data to identify issues and shape future requirements.
