Job summary

Jex Recruitment | Connecting top talent with leading companies partners with a leading UAE financial services organisation to appoint an experienced Senior Product Manager. You will drive the development and growth of its retail financial products, spanning strategy, development, launch and ongoing optimisation.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate market trends into product roadmaps, and deliver customer-centric digital products across deposits, lending or payments.

Senior Product Manager

We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation in the UAE to appoint an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development and growth of its retail financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and development through to launch and optimisation.
• Drive product innovation, digital transformation and customer experience improvements.
• Work closely with technology, digital, risk and commercial teams to deliver new products and enhancements.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong product management experience within banking or financial services.
• Proven experience managing retail financial products, ideally across digital banking, deposits, lending or payments.
• Experience delivering customer-centric digital products and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Experience within the UAE or wider GCC financial services market would be advantageous.
