Job summary

Client of Discovered MENA is seeking a Senior Product Lead Consumer & Mobile to own the strategy and execution of a consumer product with emphasis on mobile app UX. You will define the B2C vision and end-to-end journey across mobile and web, prioritising opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and monetisation.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Leadership.
• Significant experience building and scaling B2C digital products.
• Strong experience with consumer mobile applications across iOS and Android.
• Proven understanding of consumer UX, activation, engagement and retention.
• Strong product analytics and experimentation mindset.
• Experience shipping products used by a meaningful consumer user base.
• Excellent UX instincts and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
• Able to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the B2C product vision and roadmap
• Own the end-to-end consumer journey across mobile and web
• Identify and prioritise product opportunities across acquisition activation engagement retention and monetisation
• Own the mobile app experience across onboarding registration ticket claiming earning rewards draws wallets balances payouts withdrawals referrals and lifecycle engagement
• Develop product loops that encourage users to return and participate regularly
• Own experimentation across onboarding UX messaging rewards and engagement mechanics
• Work closely with Growth to improve conversion from acquisition through activation and retention
• Develop referral social and viral mechanics where appropriate
• Use push notifications email SMS and other lifecycle channels intelligently within the product experience
• Work closely with engineering to optimise mobile performance reliability and release quality
• Own product delivery from discovery through specification design development launch and iteration
• Write clear PRDs user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partner closely with design to create simple and highly intuitive experiences
• Make pragmatic product and technical trade-offs with engineering
• Define and track core consumer KPIs including downloads registration conversion activation ticket claim rate DAU WAU MAU retention engagement frequency referral rate reward participation conversion revenue and funnel drop-off
• Use analytics user research and experimentation to continuously improve the product
