Job summary

USoftware is seeking a Head of Product to own the end-to-end consumer financial products portfolio, including WPS Cards, Lending Wallet, and new verticals. This senior leadership role defines the product vision, roadmaps, and leads a team of product managers to ship high-impact experiences used by millions daily.

The role is based onsite in Abu Dhabi and requires regular collaboration with business, UX, and regulatory teams to balance user needs, growth, and compliance while navigating the UAE

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy for consumer financial products (WPS Cards, Lending Wallet, new verticals).
• Define and prioritize roadmap aligned with OKRs, balancing user needs, commercial goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and scale a high-performing team of product managers across multiple product lines.
• Partner with engineering design data risk compliance and commercial teams to deliver world-class products.
• Drive activation engagement retention revenue with a rigorous data-informed approach.
• Stay ahead of fintech trends, competitive dynamics and regulatory shifts in the UAE and wider MENA.
• Represent the consumer product organization to executive leadership and the board.

This is a senior leadership role with broad scope: youll set the product vision define the roadmap and lead a team of product managers to ship experiences that millions of people rely on every day.

This role is basedonsite in Abu Dhabi and requires regular work from the office.

Youll sit at the intersection of business strategy user experience and financial regulation - making high-stakes decisions about what to build how to grow and where to place big bets.

What Youll Do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for consumer financial products (WPS Cards Lending Wallet and new verticals)
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with company OKRs balancing user needs commercial goals and regulatory requirements
• Lead mentor and scale a high-performing team of product managers across multiple product lines
