Job summary

Fanatics Momentum in the UAE is seeking a Lead Product Designer, Platform, to shape foundational customer journeys across Identity, KYC, Wallet, Payments, CRM, Loyalty and Personalisation. You’ll translate regulatory and technical complexity into simple, coherent experiences.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations, applying systems thinking and craft to accelerate prototyping, validation, and-scale platform design across multiple products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience across complex consumer digital products.
• Experience designing for fintech, banking, payments, marketplaces, or other regulated consumer products.
• Strong interaction design and systems thinking skills; ability to simplify complex requirements.
• Strong experience with research, prototyping and validation.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations.
• Experience designing shared experiences, patterns and systems across multiple products or customer journeys.
