Job summary

Client of Blue Hat HR Services LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist with a strong background in the construction contracting aluminium glass or façade industry. You will manage end-to-end procurement, source suppliers, issue RFQs and ensure timely material availability while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Production and Stores teams, build supplier relationships, monitor delivery schedules and identify cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years procurement experience in GCC construction/aluminium/facade.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass, hardware and facade materials.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation and procurement planning.
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
• Understanding of import/export procedures and logistics coordination.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for aluminium glass and construction materials.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best quality, pricing and delivery terms.
• Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations and issue Purchase Orders per procedures.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production and Stores to ensure timely procurement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules and material quality.
• Track purchase orders and expedite deliveries to avoid delays.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts and vendor databases.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts and quality standards.
