Job summary

Azizi Developments seeks a Senior Procurement Engineer to lead end-to-end procurement of aluminium, facade components, and related materials for high-value construction projects in Dubai. You will drive supplier selection, RFQ processes, and commercial negotiations to ensure timely delivery within budget.

The role requires deep knowledge of aluminium markets, fabrication materials, and international sourcing, with strong collaboration with engineering, planning, and QA/QC teams to manage risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 8 years procurement experience with technical/commercial sourcing responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium, metals, facade systems and related materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of aluminium, facade components, extrusions, metals, and related construction materials.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with engineering specifications and project budgets.
• Identify and prequalify capable local and international manufacturers, suppliers, fabricators, and subcontractors.
• Issue RFQs and obtain technically and commercially competitive quotations.
• Conduct commercial bid evaluations covering pricing, terms, lead times, logistics, and warranties.
• Negotiate prices, terms, delivery schedules, and payment conditions.
• Prepare Purchase Orders, subcontract agreements and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate procurement with project milestones and production plans.
• Monitor supplier performance against quality, cost, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain supplier relationships and develop alternate sources to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with engineering to clarify specs and substitutions.
