Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT procurement activities for head office and project locations
• Procure IT hardware, software, enterprise systems, licenses, cloud solutions, and IT services
• Work closely with IT teams to finalize technical specifications and procurement scopes
• Float RFQs and RFPs, evaluate technical and commercial proposals, and lead vendor negotiations
• Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, renewals, service level agreements, and support agreements
• Monitor vendor performance, service delivery standards, and contractual compliance
• Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies, governance frameworks, and audit requirements
• Track IT procurement budgets and drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, records, and reports for management review

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
• 8 to 12 plus years of hands‑on experience in IT procurement within large organizations
• Proven experience procuring IT infrastructure, enterprise software, licenses, and managed IT services
• Practical exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC IT supplier markets
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and commercial evaluation skills
