Astro Offshore is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations across the business, supporting vessel operations, projects, maintenance, and corporate requirements. The role focuses on commercial negotiations, cost control, compliance and operational efficiency in a Dubai-based setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement, contracts, supply chain or commercial roles.
• At least 5 years in a leadership position; offshore/marine or industrial sector preferred.
• Proven ability to lead procurement operations in a matrix organisation.
• Fluent English, strong writing and MS Office skills; ERP proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Lead procurement operations and ensure effective purchasing across the organisation.
• Develop governance, controls and procedures aligned to policies and authorities.
• Provide direction to procurement personnel and coordinate priorities.
• Manage end-to-end procurement demand: requisition, RFQ, PO, delivery and close-out.
• Monitor requisitions, RFQs, approvals, POs and supplier performance; resolve bottlenecks.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors through to close.
• Draft, review and administer purchase, service, subcontract and long-term supply agreements.
• Direct logistics and warehouse operations including freight, customs and stock control.
• Develop budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities; build cross-functional relationships.
