Job summary

Astro Offshore in Dubai is seeking a seasoned commercial professional to support the Commercial Manager and Head of Commercial in implementing the company’s strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a commercial, tendering, or documentation role in shipping, marine, offshore, or logistics.
Basic market awareness, organizational skills, attention to detail.
Written & Spoken English; good negotiation skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Support the Commercial Manager and Head of Commercial in implementing the company’s commercial strategy to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure service excellence, retention and satisfaction across key accounts.
Review tenders, prepare concise summaries, and highlight key commercial, technical and compliance aspects for internal decision-making.
Monitor market charter rates, industry trends and competitor activities to support pricing strategies and commercial decisions.
Assist in preparation of charterparties and respond to tenders/requests for information in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal departments and external sources to manage client proposals and documentation.
