Job summary

Worley Abu Dhabi seeks an executive‑level engineer to lead discipline teams on major projects. You will direct project execution, ensure safe and compliant engineering, and manage cost and schedule. The role emphasizes leadership, technical excellence, and collaboration across procurement, design, and site activities.

You will mentor staff, support business development, coordinate with the discipline manager, and uphold health, safety, and environmental requirements across all work streams.

Qualifications

• Awarded a 4 or 5 year technical degree in science or engineering.
• Trained in leadership and project execution.
• Licensed with a local engineering governing body where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Supervise discipline team on projects and direct execution.
• Ensure safe, sustainable engineering and quality delivery within time and budget.
• Support discipline knowledge sharing, reviews, and adherence to standards.
• Participate in project execution strategy, planning, and change management.
• Prepare engineering studies, analyses, calculations, and final documentation.
• Support procurement through specifications and bid clarifications.
• Provide site support and constructability input.
• Mentor and train team members and contribute to performance reviews.
