Job summary

Caliberly Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Director in Dubai to lead private banking and wealth management initiatives for UHNW clients. The role requires 10+ years in private banking or related financial services, deep knowledge of investment solutions, and a proven track record in client acquisition, AUM growth, and relationship management.

You will ensure DFSA/compliance and work with DIFC-based banks to deliver tailored wealth strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment, Financial Markets or Financial Planning.
• Strong knowledge of Private Banking products and investment solutions.
• Proven experience in client acquisition, AUM growth and relationship management.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations (DFSA) is preferred.
• Experience with Private Banks or EAMs in DIFC is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage HNW/UHNW client relationships and drive AUM growth.
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Advise clients on suitable investment, wealth management and private banking products.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and deliver high service standards.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment products and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DFSA, AML, KYC and investment suitability requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams and external counterparties to deliver tailored solutions.
