Job summary

Ateca Executive Search represents a globally recognized banking group in Dubai seeking a Senior Private Banker / Executive Director to lead relationships with UHNW/HNW clients across the GCC and drive growth.

You will originate business through your network, deliver tailored wealth management solutions, ensure KYC/AML compliance, and uphold the institution's brand in the region. This is a high-impact, leadership role with strong regional exposure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of private banking or wealth management experience
• A portable book of UHNW/HNW clients
• Strong track record of AUM growth and revenue generation
• Deep understanding of the regulatory environment in the region (DFSA/CBUAE)
• English fluent; Arabic or German a strong plus
• Existing work eligibility preferred

We are seeking an experienced Senior Private Banker / Executive Director on behalf of a confidential client — a globally recognized banking group with a strong European footprint and an established international private banking franchise — for their Dubai office. This is a high-impact role for a proven relationship manager with an established network of UHNW/HNW clients across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of UHNW/HNW clients across the GCC
• Originate new business through your existing network and referral relationships
• Deliver tailored wealth management, investment, and banking solutions in coordination with product specialists
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, KYC, and AML requirements
• Represent the institution's brand and values in the local and regional market

What You Bring

• 10+ years of private banking / wealth management experience, ideally with a European or global banking group
• A portable book of UHNW/HNW clients
• Strong track record of AUM growth and revenue generation
• Deep understanding of the regulatory environment in the region(DFSA/CBUAE)
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or German a strong plus
• Existing work eligibility preferred
