Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank seeks a Senior Manager - Private Banking (UAEN only) to lead NTB client acquisition and manage high net worth client relationships in the UAE. You will provide tailored wealth and loan solutions, coordinate with specialists and ensure superior service delivery.

The role emphasizes cross‑selling, risk control, and adherence to ADCB policies, while enabling growth in a dynamic private banking environment.

Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in a commercial/universal bank in a client‑facing RM role with high net worth clients.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
AWM programme participation or completion.
Client service and acquisition skills.
Ability to network across stakeholder groups.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Direct NTB client acquisition and manage cross-synergies to hit targets.
Perform day-to-day banking services to meet client expectations.
Address client issues for timely resolution.
Analyze feedback to identify opportunities for wealth solutions sourced via internal specialists.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and engage internal resources to provide product solutions.
Meet quality standards, minimise errors and comply with regulations.
Adhere to policies, processes and SOPs to ensure consistent service.
Self-manage in line with people management policies to maximise performance.
Deliver ADCB service standards in all internal and external interactions.
