First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking aSenior Private Banker to develop a high-net-worth client book across offshore and onshore locations. The role requires strong leadership, deep private banking knowledge, and the ability to generate new business through referrals and active networking.

The ideal candidate will manage complex client relationships, provide advanced investment solutions, and work with global teams to expand FAB’s private banking footprint in the UAE and overseas.

Qualificações

• In-depth knowledge of FAB policies and KYC; AML compliance.
• Expertise in Private Banking: Banking, Fiduciary, Portfolio Management.
• Strong understanding of offshore/onshore jurisdictions.
• Fluent English; Arabic/French/Hindi/Urdu desirable.
• 5+ years Private Banking experience; leadership.
• Proven ability to convert prospects to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and develop a client base of HNWI & UHNWI with excellent service to generate net new business.
• Manage end-to-end projects including liaising with group colleagues.
• Develop new business through networks and introductions, and manage high-profile client relationships.
• Spot opportunities externally and within the Group to grow business.
• Promote Private Banking offerings offshore (Switzerland) and onshore (UAE).
• Coordinate with RMs and Group teams globally to drive cross-sell and referrals.
