Job summary

ADIB Group in Dubai is seeking a Coverage Head for Wealth Coverage across UAE and International markets. You will lead a team of Senior RMs/RMs/ARMs to onboard UHNW and HNW clients, design tailored wealth solutions, and grow NTB business while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will expand cross-border relationships, collaborate with Investment Advisors, and drive revenue growth in wealth products, FX, and liabilities, with a focus on cross-regional opportunities.

Qualifications

• Lead a high-performing team of relationship managers to onboard and manage UHNW/HNW clients.
• Deep knowledge of wealth management products and liabilities.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Senior RMs/RMs/ARMs to onboard UHNW/HNW clients.
• Drive NTB onboarding, revenue growth, and portfolio expansion.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and client satisfaction.
