• Significant experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory.
• Proven track record of managing and growing an HNW client portfolio.
• Demonstrated experience advising clients within the £1 million+ wealth segment.
• Strong business development capabilities and an established professional network.
• Comprehensive understanding of investment products, wealth planning, banking, and lending solutions.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to achieve revenue and asset growth targets.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, suitability standards, and risk management.

• Client Relationship Management: Manage and develop a portfolio of HNW clients with focus on £1 million+ segment.
• Business Development & Portfolio Growth: Drive revenue growth through proactive client acquisition and relationship development.
