Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reinforcement detailing for precast concrete structures.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and rebar detailing tools (CADS RC, RebarCAD).
- Strong knowledge of ACI, Eurocode or relevant local building codes for concrete reinforcement.
Responsibilities
- Design and detail reinforcement for precast concrete elements ensuring compliance with structural codes and project specifications
- Collaborate with structural engineers and design teams to optimize reinforcement layouts for constructability and structural integrity
- Produce detailed shop drawings and reinforcement schedules using CAD software accurately reflecting design intent
