Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Sales Executive in the UAE power products segment to build strong customer relationships and convert requirements into profitable sales. You will pursue targets, protect margins, and maintain accurate customer and opportunity records from initial engagement through closing and follow‑up.

The role requires established UAE sales experience in power products, a track record of meeting targets, and the ability to manage negotiations and relationships across the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Must have five years of sales experience in the UAE power products industry.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and margins.
• Strong negotiation, opportunity management and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an accurate database of customer profiles and opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer and field visits to understand requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while protecting margins.
• Negotiate using approved terms to close sales.
• Maintain sales, customer and deal records in systems and files.
• Monitor customer expectations and respond to service needs.
• Track competitor activity and share insights for planning.
• Attend sales meetings and product training to stay informed.
• Follow up on overdue payments and support targets.
