Job summary
Masdar is seeking a Senior Performance Engineer to lead performance optimization and technical support for its large-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects. You will diagnose issues, enhance asset reliability, and leverage data analytics to reduce downtime while aligning with the investment business case.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or Renewable Energy.
- 6+ years in performance engineering in renewables; 8–12 years preferred with EPC/consulting experience.
- Experience in data analytics and programming.
- Familiarity with SCADA, condition monitoring and failure analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance optimization and technical support for renewables assets.
- Develop and maintain diagnostic and performance tools.
- Prepare technical requirements for RfP/tender documents.
- Evaluate EPC contracts and PPAs for performance aspects.
- Supervise construction and commissioning and validate performance tests.
- Provide technical support to operations and Portfolio Management.
