• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Policy, Management or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant policy experience with a strong track record of writing and implementing corporate policies.
• Hands‑on experience drafting or maintaining a Delegation of Authority matrix.

Responsibilities

• Draft new corporate policies, procedures, SOPs, standards and guidelines with subject matter experts.
• Draft, review and update the Delegation of Authority matrix and related documents.
• Develop procedures and process documentation to operationalise approved policies and map processes with business teams.
