Job summary

Weatherford International Oil Field Services in Abu Dhabi seeks an HR Policy Specialist to assist in developing, reviewing and maintaining HR policies aligned with business goals and labor regulations.

You will support policy communication, benchmarking and interpretation, and ensure governance documentation is up to date, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in HR policies, governance, or employee relations.
• Diploma or Bachelor in HR, business administration, public administration, organizational development, IR, law, or related field.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
