Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
• Experience in a project management support role, bid management or proposal development.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the PMO and manage meeting scheduling.
• Track project progress, maintain plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and governance artifacts.
• Oversee bid management from opportunity to proposal submission.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for proposals and reporting.
