Job summary

ProDome Management Consulting L.L.C. is hiring a PMO, Performance & Excellence Lead to drive the Abu Dhabi government entity's strategy execution system.

You will oversee the strategic portfolio, gates, performance management and process excellence, delivering a single quarterly view of progress to leadership. You will lead the portfolio board, develop templates, and champion continuous improvement while challenging targets across units.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in strategic PMO, portfolio management or performance management.
• Experience running stage-gates and executive portfolio boards.
• Experience designing performance management frameworks and government reporting.
• Fluency in English; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Experience in government or regulated sectors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the strategic portfolio with plans, milestones, owners and stage-gate status.
• Monitor delivery against baselines and escalate risks to leadership and portfolio board.
• Set the delivery method: business case standards, gate criteria, and planning and reporting templates.
• Run the portfolio board and strategy calendar: agendas, decision materials, minutes and action tracking.
• Own the integrated quarterly review pack and recommend continue, adjust or stop decisions.
• Oversee the performance framework, annual target cycle, scorecard and government performance reporting.
• Challenge targets and results across business units.
• Oversee the process framework and continuous-improvement programme.

We are hiring a PMO, Performance & Excellence Lead to work on a project with an Abu Dhabi government entity. In this role, you'll run the entity's strategy execution system (the strategic portfolio and its gates, performance management and process excellence) and give leadership one integrated quarterly view of whether initiatives are delivering and objectives are being met.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the strategic portfolio, including digital initiatives: plans, milestones, owners and stage-gate status
• Monitor delivery against baselines and escalation material risks, issues and dependencies to leadership and the portfolio board
• Set the delivery method: business case standards, gate criteria, and planning and reporting templates
• Run the portfolio board and strategy calendar: agendas, decision materials, minutes and action tracking
• Own the integrated quarterly review pack and recommend continue, adjust or stop decisions
• Oversee the performance framework, annual target cycle, scorecard and government performance reporting
• Challenge targets and results across business units
• Oversee the process framework and continuous-improvement programme, with accountability for government excellence assessment results

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in strategic PMO, portfolio management, performance management, strategy execution, operational excellence, transformation delivery or management consulting
• Proven experience running stage-gates and executive portfolio boards with real decision authority
• Experience designing or running performance management frameworks and government performance reporting
• Experience leading excellence assessments or continuous-improvement programmes is an advantage
• Strong record of producing executive decision materials and challenging senior stakeholders
• Experience in government or semi-government, real estate or another regulated sector is preferred; experience with Abu Dhabi or UAE government frameworks is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, economics, public policy or a related field; postgraduate qualification or certification (PMP, MSP or Lean Six Sigma) preferred
• Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred
