Job summary

PMKConsult is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join embedded within a client development team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on managing warehousing, logistics and manufacturing facility projects across the UAE, reporting to a Director, and coordinating across planning, commercial, and client teams.

Requirements include a degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, plus 10+ years of experience and prior client-side/PMC exposure.

Key Responsibilities

The role is a full-time, project manager role, embedded within a client's development team, reporting to one of our Directors. You are responsible for managing multiple warehousing / logistical / manufacturing facility projects in the UAE. Your role includes working alongside our planning & commercial teams, managing external consultants, contractors and client teams. You will be responsible for managing the post-contract phases of projects, leading meetings, owning the action tracker, managing information flow between the teams, managing everyone's timelines and deliverables, driving site progress & quality, overseeing contract administration, and all formal project reporting to the client's development team.

Key Requirements

Degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.

10+ years of experience required.

Previous Client-side/PMC experience required.

Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi full-time.
