Our client is an Abu Dhabi based organization They are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Management Office PMO Manager to join their dynamic team

Position Overview As the PMO Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the project management processes and functions You will work closely with project managers executives and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and in line with organizational objectives

Key Responsibilities

1. 1 PMO Oversight Establish lead and manage the Project Management Office PMO ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
2. 2 Project Governance Define and enforce project governance standards policies and procedures Ensure compliance with industry best practices
3. 3 Portfolio Management Oversee the organization s project portfolio prioritize projects based on strategic objectives and allocate resources efficiently
4. 4 Methodology Development Develop and enhance project management methodologies tools and templates Provide guidance on project management best practices
5. 5 Performance Monitoring Implement and maintain project performance measurement and reporting mechanisms Monitor key performance indicators KPIs and provide insights to improve project delivery

Qualifications

1. 1. Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

3. 3. Proven experience as a PMO Manager or in a similar role, for at least 7 years
4. 4. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
5. 5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
