Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior PMC Engineering leader to drive management across the Engineering and Procurement phases of major Oil & Gas projects. You will direct the PMC team, oversee contractor interactions, and ensure adherence to contract requirements.

The role emphasizes leading engineering processes, resource planning, and governance, with a focus on offshore and upstream execution and ADNOC engagements. UAE-based senior PMO experience is valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar PMC/leadership role on mega projects.
• Experience in offshore and upstream projects; ADNOC preferred.
• Experience FEED & EPC; PMC exposure essential.

Mansioni

• Oversee PMC Engineering group management and contractor oversight during Engineering and Procurement.
• Ensure PMC staff competency and adherence to contract scope.
• Lead development and implementation of engineering processes and systems.
• Resource the engineering team with correct disciplines and sizes.
• Provide independent project management consultancy and risk mitigation insights.
• Participate in design reviews considering constructability, operability, safety, and materials.
• Coordinate interfaces between piping, mechanical, structural, and E&I.
• Drive project progress, governance, and timely decisions across phases.
