Wood is seeking a PMC Lead Project Engineer to support the ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role is based at the client office and involves leading the project management team through design, procurement, construction, and handover to operations.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in oil and gas, strong communication, and knowledge of international codes and standards. The position offers global collaboration and business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
• Ability to make independent decisions in planning and coordinating.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete technical support on project management matters for the project.
• Ensure HSE, schedule and cost objectives are met across all phases.
• Develop EPC scope of work and support tender activities.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Integrated PM Team across interfaces.
• Monitor contractor performance and manage change through MC procedures.
