Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced PMC Engineering Manager to lead the PMC Engineering group during Engineering and Procurement phases, ensuring competent personnel and governance per contract.

You will coordinate across Piping, Mechanical, Structural, and E&I teams, oversee vendor documents, and drive safety, schedule, and cost performance to deliver the project in line with contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• At least 5 years in a similar mega project role.
• Experience in FEED & EPC and PMC roles.
• Experience in Offshore & Upstream projects; ADNOC exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMC Engineering group and oversee the Contractor during Engineering and Procurement.
• Ensure PMC personnel are competent to perform duties per contract.
• Provide leadership in developing and implementing engineering processes and systems.
• Coordinate interfaces between Piping, Mechanical, Structural, and E&I disciplines.
