Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction delivery of a landmark ultra-luxury hotel resort and branded residences. The role spans mobilization through testing, commissioning, and handover, with accountability for schedules, budgets, resources, and quality.

You will coordinate with design consultants, contractors, hotel operators, and specialist vendors to ensure seamless integration across structural, architectural, MEP, FF&E, and landscape packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, construction management or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in project/ construction management is advantageous.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction phase of hotel and residential high-rise projects from mobilization to handover.
• Develop, monitor and manage schedules, budgets, resources and milestones.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and operators to ensure integration of all packages.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; report on performance and forecasts.
• Manage testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / Structural Engineering / Construction Management

Master’s Degree in Project Management / Construction Management (advantageous)

PMP certification (preferred)
