Job summary

SOL Properties seeks a highly experienced Project Manager – Client Representative to oversee premium luxury developments and protect the client's interests across the full lifecycle.

You will lead coordination among consultants, contractors, and internal teams, ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to exacting luxury standards, and manage claims, variations, and contractual matters in a dynamic UAE market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
• 12–18 years total experience in construction/real estate.
• Experience with luxury villas, premium towers or upscale mixed-use.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, claims and commercial controls.
• UAE experience mandatory.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with leading UAE developers.
• FIDIC exposure preferred.

About the Position:

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager – Client Representative to oversee premium luxury real estate developments and protect the client’s interests throughout the full project lifecycle.

This role is ideal for:

• Senior Project Managers from reputed main contractors seeking to transition into a client-side role with strong exposure to luxury/high-end developments.
• Proven Client-side Project Managers from reputed real estate developers with experience managing high-value luxury projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence across cost, time, quality, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client representative throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee construction execution to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Review and approve engineering submissions, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Monitor project progress, risks, and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery
• Manage variations, claims, and contractual matters in line with project objectives
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality benchmarks aligned with luxury standards

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
• 12–18 years of total experience in the construction/real estate sector
• Strong experience in luxury villas, premium residential towers, luxury hotels or upscale mixed-use developments
• Deep understanding of contracts, variations, claims, and commercial controls
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• UAE experience is mandatory

Preferred

• PMP certification
• Experience working with leading UAE developers
• Strong contractual knowledge (FIDIC exposure preferred)
