Job summary

Al Jomaih Energy & Water (AEW) seeks a seasoned Project Manager for a greenfield 2.6 GW CCGT project near Abu Dhabi. You will lead the owner’s engineer team, manage EPC contractors, and drive delivery from engineering to commissioning with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule.

The role requires 15+ years in large-scale power projects, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of international codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• 15+ years experience in project management for CCGT, Power & Utilities projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate O&M, customers, contractors and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and EPC execution of the new 2.6GW CCGT project.
• Coordinate the owner's engineer team and EPC contractors to achieve COD.
• Ensure projects adhere to QA/QC, HSSE, engineering standards, schedules and budgets.
• Manage documentation, permits, and archiving for project completion.
