Job summary

Lazourdy Contracting & Gen. Maint. seeks a Senior Planning Engineer to develop, update, and monitor project schedules on-site in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure alignment with scope, resources, and timelines.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and the ability to manage complex schedules across building and MEP projects in the UAE. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UAE-based project planning experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed construction schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and monitor project schedules and work programs.
• Analyze progress reports, identify critical paths and forecast delays.
• Propose corrective actions with project managers and site teams.
• Oversee project control activities including resource loading and productivity analysis.
• Support tender and pre-construction planning with baseline schedules.
• Contribute to risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
