Job summary

Egis in Dubai seeks a Senior Planning Engineer to develop, maintain and optimise project schedules on site. You will coordinate with project managers, site engineers and subcontractors to ensure accurate progress updates and informed decision-making.

The role requires 15+ years in construction planning, strong skills in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a solid understanding of Dubai building codes and site-based delivery. On-site work is expected.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in construction project planning, site-based preferred.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and CAD workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
Analyse timelines, resources and dependencies to identify bottlenecks.
Collaborate with project managers, site engineers and subcontractors for updates.
Monitor progress and report variances between planned and actual performance.
Prepare progress reports highlighting milestones and risks.
Ensure compliance with Dubai building codes and regulations.
