Job summary

AlixPartners in the UAE and KSA is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to shape and deliver a commercially focused people strategy across the region. The role requires partnering with regional leaders to align business priorities with people decisions in a global matrix.

You will lead performance and talent management, drive D&I initiatives, advise on reward decisions and use data insights to influence leadership. A hybrid office/remote model supports cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience in a strategic People/HRBP role.
• Experience in multinational, matrixed organisations; consulting/partnering environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA employment law; DIFC law is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must hold UAE or KSA residency or ability to obtain; travel across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for client services leaders on people, talent and organisational topics; trusted subject matter expert.
• Partner with Country Leader and PMDs to shape and execute the people agenda aligning business priorities with people decisions.
• Provide data-led insights to improve engagement, retention and performance and support interventions.
• Lead organisational change and transformation, design organisation structure, ways of working and change management.
• Drive D&I objectives by translating strategy into local action and governance across the region.
• Advise on reward and pay decisions and apply firm-wide compensation principles in local contexts.
• Contribute to EMEA-wide PBP initiatives and share best practices across the region.
