Job summary

Clyde & Co in Dubai seeks an HR Business Partner/Manager to align HR strategy with business goals across the Middle East and Africa. You will work closely with Partners to drive talent management, organisational development and change management across MEA offices.

The role requires experience in a matrix HR structure, strong leadership, and a practical, commercial approach to people initiatives. GCC merits and local compliance knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in legal or professional services.
• Experience in working within a matrix structure with delivery through COEs within an HR function.
• Graduate or equivalent and ideally GCIPD qualified.

Responsibilities

• Position HR as a strategic partner within client groups and develop practical people solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Support Head of HR to develop the HR function and meet regional objectives.
• Collaborate with COEs and global HR Partners to support practice-area objectives and employee engagement.
• Partner with other business services leaders to provide coordinated services for Partners and fee earners.
• Utilise HR analytics to inform decisions and measure initiative effectiveness.
