Job summary

Marcura Group in Dubai seeks a senior people-partnering leader to act as a strategic partner embedded in a business domain, bridging People Operations with Capability Innovation Centres of Excellence to deliver the Talent Strategy.

This role drives domain capability, organisation design, and cross-functional people initiatives, coaching senior leaders, ensuring compliance, and advancing the Employee Value Proposition across a multi-country context.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HRBP/senior people-partnering experience in Tech, Product or FinTech sectors.
• Proven track record in organisation design and capability build.
• Experience operating in a multi-country or matrixed environment.
• Exposure to, or direct experience partnering with, Sales, Product or Operations functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with domain leadership on capability, workforce and organisation needs.
• Create and deliver a People framework and strategy tailored to the domain.
• Lead design and delivery of people initiatives with CoEs, People Operations and the Talent Data / Insights team.
• Coach and advise senior leaders on people matters and ensure ongoing legal compliance.
