Job summary

Marcura is seeking a senior people-partner to act as a strategic partner embedded in a business domain. You’ll lead talent and capability initiatives, connect People Operations with Capability Centres of Excellence, and drive the Talent Strategy across the group.

You will own the domain people agenda, partner with leadership on capability needs, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Reward to align headcount, pay and career pathways.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HRBP/senior people-partnering experience in Tech, Product or FinTech.
• Proven track record in organisation design and capability build.
• Exposure to, or direct experience partnering with, Sales, Product or Operations
• Experience operating in a multi-country or matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with domain leadership to align capability, workforce and organisation needs.
• Own the domain people agenda: create and deliver a tailored People framework and strategy.
• Connect domain people plans to the group workforce model and value-creation plan.
• Collaborate with CoEs, People Operations and Talent Data/Insights on initiatives.
• Support Talent Acquisition on headcount planning and essential-role identification.
• Work with Reward on pay, benefits and incentive structures.
• Advance Marcura's Employee Value Proposition.
• Coach senior leaders on people matters and ensure legal compliance.
