Job summary

Dolphin Markets looks for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager - Payments with a strong network across the global FX/CFD brokerage industry. The role focuses on developing payment partnerships and introducing local payment solutions to brokers across international markets from Dubai.

You will engage senior decision-makers, structure tailored payment solutions, and lead discussions from introduction to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant business development or fintech experience.
• Proven track record selling payment solutions to FX/CFD brokers.
• Strong network with senior decision-makers.
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with FX/CFD brokers globally.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified broker opportunities.
• Introduce local and alternative payment solutions covering key emerging markets.
• Engage directly with senior decision-makers, including CEOs, COOs, Heads of Payments, Finance and Operations.
• Lead commercial discussions from initial introduction through onboarding, integration and go-live.
• Represent the business at FX/CFD industry events.
