You will explain services, engage with potential patients, and collaborate with reception and marketing to ensure a smooth patient journey.

With a minimum of 2 years in private healthcare sales and strong English communication, you will track performance and contribute to achieving sales KPIs in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in private healthcare sales.
• Proven success converting enquiries into appointments via telephone, WhatsApp, and online channels.
• Confident discussing pricing and treatments to secure payments.
• Excellent follow-up, organisation and communication skills.
• Outstanding spoken and written English.
• Experience using a CRM or patient management system.
• Experience in Dubai/UAE healthcare sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new patient enquiries received via WhatsApp, telephone, website and social media.
• Follow up all patient enquiries to maximise appointment conversions.
• Explain clinic's services, treatments and healthcare packages clearly and professionally.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed and paid appointments.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update the clinic's CRM or patient management system.
• Work closely with clinical reception and marketing teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
• Produce daily reports on enquiries, conversions, bookings and sales performance.
