Qualifications

• Experience as Head Pastry Chef or similar in fine dining.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Extensive knowledge in creating desserts and pastries.
• Ability to develop new menu offerings while maintaining classics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and handling of perishable items.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
