FreshStart UAE in Dubai seeks an experienced Pastry Chef to create pastries and desserts reflecting local culture. You will lead pastry production, develop new recipes, and ensure high-quality presentation for a high-end dining environment.

You will oversee kitchen operations, inventory, and mentoring junior staff, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced luxury setting, while maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards. Salary $1200/month plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
• Knowledge of pastry techniques, flavor combinations, and presentation skills.
• Leadership to train and mentor junior staff.
