The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of high-end pastry experience, a pastry arts degree or certification, and strong leadership. Fluent English is essential; Arabic is a plus. Salary is 1000$ per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pastry experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
• Degree or certification in pastry arts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create innovative dessert menus for various dietary needs.
• Oversee pastry kitchen operations, inventory and equipment.
• Train and manage a pastry team to ensure high standards.
• Develop new recipes and continuously innovate desserts.
• Monitor costs and maintain budget compliance.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Collaborate with other departments for special events.
