Job summary

Prestige Greeters in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Pastry Chef to join our upscale restaurant team. You will create and prepare a wide range of desserts and pastries, and work closely with the head chef to develop new recipes and ensure top quality.

You will manage inventory, supervise pastry assistants, maintain a clean kitchen, and coordinate dessert offerings with the main menu in menu planning meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven pastry experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety precautions.
• Creativity in developing new dessert recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Degree or certification from a culinary school is preferred.
• Previous experience in an upscale restaurant is a plus.

Our upscale restaurant in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delectable desserts and pastries that delight our customers. You will work closely with the head chef to develop new recipes and ensure that all baked goods are of the highest quality.
