Key Responsibilities

• Create a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods that meet the expectations of customers and reflect the local culture
• Develop new recipes and innovative ideas to constantly improve the menu offerings
• Ensure all food items are prepared to high-quality standards and presented beautifully
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control to maintain freshness of ingredients
• Manage kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders
• Follow all food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus for special events or themed promotions

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of pastry techniques, flavor combinations, and presentation skills

Salary: $1200 per month (tax-free) plus benefits including housing allowance, health insurance, and annual flight ticket
