The role focuses on parts sales growth, inventory accuracy, customer service, stock optimization, team supervision, complaint handling, forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement across branch parts operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree qualification, preferably with an automotive background.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive parts operations.
• Previous experience supervising teams within a retail parts counter, workshop parts, dealership, or aftersales environment.
• Strong understanding of automotive parts sales, genuine parts promotion, stock control, inventory movement, and warehouse coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily parts operations across retail counter, workshop, and aftersales channels.
• Drive parts revenue, margin performance, and profitability through effective sales support, stock control, and customer service execution.
• Promote Toyota Genuine Parts and ensure customers receive accurate product guidance, professional service, and timely support.
• Supervise Parts Sales Representatives, Partsmen, and support staff to maintain productivity, accountability, and service quality.
• Monitor team performance, resource utilization, workflow, and operational output against agreed branch targets.
• Support the Aftersales Manager with planning, reporting, forecasting, stock review, and business performance tracking.
• Handle customer enquiries, escalations, and complaints professionally while protecting customer satisfaction and brand confidence.
• Ensure customer information, parts data, transactions, and system records are maintained accurately.
• Coordinate with workshop and service teams to ensure required parts are available for repair jobs, service work, and customer commitments.
• Support inventory control activities including stock accuracy, replenishment, ageing stock review, fast-moving parts monitoring, and stock optimization.
• Review warehouse, supply chain, and stock movement processes to reduce delays, improve availability, and support operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve parts sales, reduce process gaps, enhance customer response, and strengthen branch productivity.
• Ensure all parts operation activities follow company policies, Toyota standards, internal controls, and operational procedures.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, accountability, and customer-focused aftersales support.
• Coach team members, support talent development, and help build capability within the parts operation.
