Robot24.com is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to turn social platforms into a reliable growth channel. You will own paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Snapchat to drive leads, conversions and brand growth.

You must have 5+ years of hands-on paid social experience, with advanced Meta Ads expertise and the ability to manage high-budget campaigns. This role requires on-site work in the UAE and collaboration with marketing, social, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on paid social experience.
• Advanced expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Experience with at least one additional platform (TikTok/LinkedIn/Snapchat/YouTube).
• Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns.
• Strong understanding of creative testing and platform optimizations.
• Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and GTM.
• Proven track record of profitable scaling.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Based in UAE and available for on-site work.

Responsabilités

• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Snapchat.
• Manage and scale social ad budgets while maximizing ROAS and ROI.
• Build paid social strategies focused on lead generation, conversions and revenue.
• Test creatives, hooks, formats, copy and audiences, and scale what wins.
• Brief the Social Media and Production teams on what creative the data says we need.
• Track creative fatigue and refresh ads before performance drops.
• Manage pixels, Conversions API, tracking, reporting and analytics.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and turn the data into clear actions.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Social Media and Sales teams.
