This is a Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist role focused heavily on agency-style client management and paid advertising execution. The position requires a mix of strategic planning, team leadership, and regional audience expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead social media strategy and execution across platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and market trends
• Create and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn Ads Manager
• Coordinate with designers and content writers to develop engaging, high-conversion creatives
• Track campaign performance, generate analytics reports, and suggest data-driven optimizations
• Manage direct client communication for briefs, updates, and feedback
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand tone, platform best practices, and UAE audience behavior
• Supervise junior team members; assign tasks, and review output quality
• Stay current on algorithm changes, trending formats (e.g., Reels), and new ad features

Requirements

Qualification:
