Job summary

Robot24.com seeks a Senior Social Media Manager to own growth across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook and emerging platforms. You will set strategy, lead the team and drive outcomes in a fast-moving tech-focused environment.

You will manage content planning, performance tracking and paid campaigns, mentoring editors and writers to deliver compelling, on-brand content that grows audiences and engagement across all channels.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 years of social media experience, with at least 3 years in a management or lead role.
• Proven track record of growing social channels with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of platform formats, algorithms, trends, safe zones and what works where.
• Strong knowledge of short-form video and retention/shares drivers.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong analytics using native insights and tools (e.g., Meta, YouTube Studio, Sprout).
• Experience planning and managing paid social campaigns.
• Strong editorial judgement and written English.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the social media strategy across all platforms for Robot24.com.
• Set growth targets for followers, reach, engagement and watch time.
• Plan and manage the content calendar with editorial and production teams.
• Decide content format, timing and placement for best performance.
• Mentor social media executives, writers and video editors.
• Review content to ensure on-brand quality and accuracy.
• Spot trends early and translate into brand-appropriate content.
• Track performance daily and optimize content, timing and strategy.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and next steps.
• Manage community engagement and protect brand reputation.
