Job summary

Driven Properties is seeking a senior paid media professional to lead international campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, and programmatic platforms. You will manage budgets, optimize ROAS, and ensure UAE Trakheesi compliance while collaborating with the creative and analytics teams to improve performance.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience, proficiency with GA4 and Looker Studio, and fluency in English in a fast-paced, real estate focused environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media or performance marketing experience.
• Proven command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X Ads.
• Experience managing six-figure (AED) monthly budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4, conversion APIs, and Looker Studio.
• Experience generating real estate or high-ticket leads.
• Understanding of UAE real estate advertising compliance and Trakheesi requirements.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Brief design teams on ad creative requirements and feed performance data back to improve win rates.
• Ensure compliance with Trakheesi permit numbers and RERA advertising rules.
